3. Service Booking and Cancellation
All picnic bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking with the remaining balance due 24 hours before your event. Weather considerations are important for outdoor activities, so we offer:
- Full refund if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled picnic
- 50% refund if cancellation is made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled picnic
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled picnic
In case of inclement weather, we offer rescheduling options at no additional cost, subject to availability.
4. Product Quality and Food Safety
Sunny Picnic is committed to providing high-quality, fresh products for all our services. We maintain strict food safety protocols and source ingredients from reputable suppliers. However, please note:
- All fresh produce and perishable items should be consumed within the recommended timeframe provided at delivery
- We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food products - please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking
- Once delivered, food items become the customer's responsibility for proper handling and storage
5. Basket Rental and Equipment
Our signature picnic baskets and equipment are available for rental as part of our picnic packages. The following conditions apply:
- A security deposit is required for all equipment rentals
- Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
- All rented items must be returned within the agreed timeframe
- Late returns will incur additional daily charges
- Replacement costs will be charged for unreturned or severely damaged items
6. Website Usage and Online Bookings
When using our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
- Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
